your boss

Ever bawled your eyes out in the middle of the conference room or started sniffling in front of your boss? Here are a few tips. And, in case you missed Joanna’s fabulous stop-crying-now tip over at Smitten, read about it here. I’ve already put this one to the test–and it works! Stopped my tears dead in their tracks. Brilliant, Jo.

When’s the last time you cried at the office? C’mon–share and make us feel better about our own emotional episodes.
